Tulsa Parsonage is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Primal Health Coach. She has a passion for understanding the powerful mind-body connection and brings the interconnectedness of the body to all she does. As a Registered Massage Therapist her aim is to help the everyday athlete move forward stress free & pain free. Tulsa's wide knowledge includes a Psychology Degree, Massage Therapy, and Health Coaching which has brought her awareness full circle to develop a well rounded alternative holistic health and wellness practice. She looks forward to applying health coaching to her current practice and help her clients grow and level up in life. She is passionate about helping her clients develop a growth mindset to sustain supportive lifestyle behaviours. Tulsa finds joy in helping people tune into themselves, feel better, and gain mind/body awareness.
Outside of Tulsa’s business a big part of her self care regimen is spending time outdoors and riding horses. She recently discovered that her knowledge of the human mind and body connection is quite relevant to horses. Mastering her own movements, emotions, and behaviours has simplified her understanding of her horse. Spending time with animals always reminds Tulsa that as humans we make life a lot more complex than it needs to be.
